First off, thank you to all for your interest in the San Diego Surf School After School Programs and making this happen! We have 2 safe, fun and educational programs for you to choose from for your kids: Program A, the San Diego Surf Team, is for the advanced, skilled surfers who are confident on their boards and looking to be more competitive. This is a traveling team, much like Club Soccer or Volleyball, where we will have overnight/weekend trips up and down the coast, while competing in contests with other surf clubs in California. Participants will have to try out in order to officially become a member, and space is limited! San Diego Surf Team Details: September 13, 2010 – May 2011 M,W 3:30-5:00 Cost: $240/mth Program B, the San Diego Surf Club, is for surfers of all levels of experience. Whether your kid is a novice to the water or has mastered Swamis, we wish to grow their understanding of the ocean, along with the science, skill, and culture of the surf industry. With a balanced mix of practice in the water and field trips, guest speakers and other interactive experiences, this is an exciting and one of a kind opportunity for your child to learn and respect the art of surfing.
