Thanks so much to all who participated and joined us in Crystal Pier on Pacific Beach for the 9th Annual Grom Comp last October 13. Attendees had the opportunity to watch young surfers show off their skills in a competition setting.
The event wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our sponsors and the hardworking volunteers who helped us with everything from prepping the contestants to judging the heats.
The purpose of Crystal Pier Grom Comp is to host an event that gives aspiring surfers the experience of being in a competition and to give back to the community through donations benefitting local schools.
