All san diego surf lessons and surf camps are held in North Pacific Beach at 4850 Cass st, San Diego, California 92109 (858) 205-7683 or Ocean Beach at the end of Newport St. (Orange Tent at the Beach). All the details will be included in your confirmation email.
Surfers meet each day at the San Diego Surf School surf Loading Zone in Pacific Beach Location at the end Law Street (Orange Tent at the Beach) or Ocean Beach Location at the end of Newport St. (Orange Tent at the Beach) 20 minutes before the surf camp starts.
Swimming suit, sunscreen, towel, t-shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants when it is overcast or cloudy, lunch or a snack, hat and sunglasses are optional. On Fridays we offer pizza.
Be in the area 20 minutes before our surf instructions begin to insure a parking spot and sign your surf waiver (release form).
There is plenty of public parking around the San Diego: Pacific Beach or Ocean Beach area.
Pacific Beach surf and Ocean Beach locations are equipped with public restrooms and showers.
Check-In: Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled surf lesson. Bathing suits or swimming shorts are required for all surfers. A towel, sunscreen, and water are also highly recommended
***Cancellation Policy:
-All lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the lesson in order to get the full refund.
-Payment will not be refunded for day-of cancellations or no-shows or less than 24 hours.
-Rescheduling with more than 24 hours can be done without a fee and as many times as possible.
-After booking a lesson. A surf lesson cannot be cancelled after it has been rescheduled.
Surf Camp Cancellations:
Due to the popularity of San Diego surf camps and our small group sizes, a non-refundable $100 per person cancellation fee will be applied immediately upon sign up/purchase of a surf camp.
The Remaining payment will not be refunded if the client cancels the surf camp less than 1 week prior to the experience.
*** Photos & T-shirts are for: (5 Day Camps only) (clients must be present for the full experience) (photos are taken on either: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) based on photographer availability.

You may also drop off a payment of cash, check, or credit at our office. Checks should be made out to San Diego Surf School and dropped off, or mailed to: San Diego Surf School, 4850 Cass st, San Diego, CA 92109.
* For our campers only, we provide daily snacks and refreshments, pizza Friday with a gift from our sponsors, a t-shirt, and a keepsake surf photograph to capture your experience…
** All campers will receive a San Diego Surf School, personal and a group pictures, surf magazine, surf stickers and a surf t-shirt at the end of each surf camp session.
