San Diego Surf School Cancellation Policy

 

Camp:

Registration closes the Friday prior to the start of camp. Please call to schedule if you are interested in booking past this deadline. To receive a full refund (except for a $100 non-refundable deposit per person, per camp) or reschedule a camp, you must call no later than 72 hours prior to the start of camp. There will be no refunds or rescheduled for any changes within 72 hours of the start of camp.

Lessons:

All cancellations must be completed 24 hours before the lesson start time in order to receive a refund/store credit. All other cancellations or no-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

Lesson Package:

Lesson Packages cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Lesson Packages are not transferable to other products.

Photography:

No refunds or store credit will be given for Photography once the purchase is complete.

Weather:

If inclement weather or rain occurs, we will reschedule or refund lessons/camp at our discretion
